Students from SDIT Insantama Pontianak visited the laboratories of the Biology Study Program at FMIPA UNTAN. This visit aimed to introduce the students to science lessons, particularly in the field of biology. Accompanied by their teachers, the students displayed great enthusiasm while observing various specimens related to living organisms in the Biology, Zoology, and Hydrobiology laboratories. During the visit, they had the opportunity to examine specimens of plants and animals and to conduct observations using microscopes. One of the accompanying teachers noted that this activity is crucial for fostering students' curiosity, especially in the natural and biological sciences, thereby enhancing their competence in the field of science. The Head of the Biology Department expressed that the department is eager to welcome students interested in learning about biological specimens, viewing this visit as an opportunity to promote the Biology Study Program within the West Kalimantan community.
