The 2024 Short Story Competition, organized by the Tanjungpura University Language Center (UPA BAHASA) on Friday, November 8, 2024, was particularly noteworthy due to the success of one of its participants, Fatwa Huda, who was announced as a winner. The awards ceremony took place in the UPA Hall of Tanjungpura University, where Huda received recognition alongside two other winners from Malang State University and Jakarta National Development University. The Tanjungpura University Language Center received a total of 247 creative stories from diverse groups and regions across Indonesia. We extend our congratulations to Fatwa Huda for this remarkable achievement, which we hope will serve as an inspiration for students at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Untan, particularly those majoring in Biology, to demonstrate their abilities and confidence in engaging in activities that enhance their competencies.
